Excel Engineering has over 40 different engine test cells across our 2 locations.  We have engine test cells fully compliant with all applicable EPA and CARB requirements made for emissions certification testing.   We have economical test cells with automation and alarm systems that can operate 24 hours a day for cost effective service accumulation.  We have test cells purpose built to the special needs of large engines (up to 120 liters and 4500 HP) or small engines (less than 5 HP).
